Workpackage 4

WP 4: Develoment of bioassays

Leader: Arrayon Biotechnology

Sensitive microarray-based immunoassays will be developed implying SPION-conjugated arthritic target molecules. Assets include the identification and selection of high affinity binding target molecules or antibodies forming sustainable bio/immune-interactions with bio-functionalized SPION. Microarray-based immunoassays and devices will be developed, allowing highly sensitive and quantitative detection of SPION-conjugated biomarker in biofluids.
